Josh Courtright
Lead Agent
Josh began his career as a medical ICU nurse, serving as charge nurse, code nurse and preceptor, then traveled the country teaching hospital teams about medical devices. He went full time in real estate in 2017, was named Rookie of the Year at Keller Williams Connected, and has since closed more than 480 transactions and earned multiple local and regional awards.
Licensed in both North and South Carolina, Josh helps buyers, sellers and investors across the Greater Charlotte area, with a focus on Fort Mill, Indian Land and South Charlotte. He's an active investor himself and loves showing clients how real estate can improve their lives. He also leads a small building group that develops new construction investment homes and builds for select clients, experience that sharpens his advice and gives his clients more options.
Josh and Haley are raising three girls who are already learning the ins and outs of the business. For the Courtrights, real estate truly is a family affair.

Haley Courtright
Broker
Haley brings a decade of new construction expertise to The Courtright Group. After starting her career in the mortgage industry, she spent ten years as a new home sales consultant and top seller for major builders including John Wieland Homes, Pulte Homes and D.R. Horton. Since joining the team as a broker in 2024, she helps clients navigate builder contracts, design selections and construction timelines with an insider's perspective.

Jennifer Carpenter
Transaction Coordinator
Jennifer keeps every transaction on track from contract to close. She and Josh first worked side by side in the medical ICU at Atrium Health Pineville, where she was a nurse, and she brings that same attention to detail and calm under pressure to real estate. Jennifer joined The Courtright Group in 2018 as executive assistant and now serves as transaction coordinator, handling paperwork, compliance and client appreciation. She is licensed in both North and South Carolina.
